Terms of service
These terms govern your use of Returbe, a YouTube video and channel analytics tool published by [Raison sociale]. By creating an account or using Returbe, you accept them.
YouTube API Services
Returbe uses YouTube API Services. By using Returbe, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. How Google processes data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and how we do in our privacy policy.
Returbe is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
Your account
- You must give accurate information and keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for what is done from your account and for the members you invite to your team.
- You can delete your account at any time (see the privacy policy).
What you can do
Use Returbe to search videos and channels, follow competitors, analyze your own channel and find content ideas, for yourself or your team.
What you cannot do
- Bulk-extract Returbe's data (scraping, bots) or resell it.
- Get around the service's usage limits, security or quotas.
- Use Returbe in breach of the YouTube Terms of Service or the YouTube API Services policies.
- Use Returbe to harass, deceive or infringe on anyone's rights.
We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
YouTube content
The videos, thumbnails, titles and channel names shown belong to their creators. Returbe shows them as provided by YouTube API Services, with a link to YouTube, and does not alter them.
Subscriptions
Some features are paid. The price, billing period and cancellation terms are shown before payment. You can cancel at any time: the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period.
Availability and liability
We do our best to keep Returbe available and its data accurate, but the service is provided "as is". Statistics depend on YouTube and may be incomplete or delayed. Returbe does not guarantee any result for your videos.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any question: [email protected].
